NOTICE OF MEETING
A Meeting of Salthouse Parish Council will take place at the British Columbia Hall, Salthouse on
Tuesday 5th November 2019 at 7.30 pm.
The Public are invited to attend the above meeting
AGENDA
1. Apologies
2. Comments and Questions on the agenda from members of the public.
(limited to four minutes per person and twenty minutes in total at discretion of the Chairman)
3. Update on affordable housing.
Ed Mumford-Smith (Broadland Housing Assn.) and Anna Clarke (Community Housing Enabler NNDC)
4. Declarations of interest.
5. Any reports from County or District Councillors
6. To approve the minutes of the meeting held on Tuesday 3rd September 2019.
7. Matters arising from the Minutes.

PF/19/1541 Single storey extension at Ivys Barn, Coast Road, Salthouse.
The parish council had no objection to this application.
PF/19/1692 Insertion of roof light at White End, Cross Street.
The parish council had no objection to this application.
9. Parking restrictions on the Village Green.
E-mail re-parking near Corner Cottage, Purdy Street with reply from Highways.
10. Financial matters.
Bank Balances at 5/11/2019 Current a/c £9957.51 Savings a/c £4714.91
To approve the budget and set the precept for 2020-2021
To consider donations to the Village Hall (to cover insurance) and Children's Party.
It was noted that Cllr. D. Harrod is now registered as a cheque signatory.
To review the following invoices and approve payment:-
J. Stibbons Salary and expenses £579.46
HMRC PAYE £117.12
N C C Rents £1190

Norfolk County Farms – Invitation to Annual Tenants Evening.
