
Councillor Dr Sarah Dawson (chair)
Sarah has lived in Salthouse since 1997, when she moved from London. She is married to Rex and has 4 children who have now all left home. She worked as a GP locally until last year, but now spends more time looking after the herd of Red Poll cattle she owns with Rex on their smallholding/farm in Salthouse. Sarah is also involved with the Friends of Salthouse Church which is a secular charity raising money for the restoration and preservation of the fabric of the church. She is also one of the churchwardens.

Councillor Don Harrod
Don was born and bred in Salthouse and although now living in Cley, considers himself to be a Salthouse person. He became a parish councillor in order to give something back to this small but friendly village. Don is also a Flood Warden.

Councillor Merlin Turville-Petre
Merlin has a long connection with Salthouse having regularly visited since the 1950′s and lived in the village in the 1970′s. He returned to live here permanently in 2007. He has a background in local government but now works with children in care for a national children’s charity. He is passionate about sustainable activity, keen to encourage local participation in village affairs and the promotion of local enterprise. He has three children and five grandchildren who live locally.
